Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms that apply to participation in SintraX Creations project-building programs.

1. Eligibility

SXC participation is intended for college students who are interested in technology and building applications, software products, and projects.

Participants must provide accurate information during registration.

2. Registration and Payment

  • The applicable program fee is ₹2,999.
  • The registration fee must be paid before participation is confirmed.
  • Registration is completed only after the required information and payment process have been completed.
  • Participants should contact SXC for payment instructions and clarification.

3. Program Structure

  • The standard project-building duration is 45 days.
  • Students may work as part of an assigned project team, depending on the project structure.
  • Participants are expected to actively participate, collaborate, and complete their assigned responsibilities.
  • SXC may extend the project timeline if additional time is required.
  • Any such extension will not involve additional charges.

4. Participation and Withdrawal

Participants are expected to remain committed to the project after the project has started.

Students cannot withdraw from the program after project work has commenced.

Due to project deadlines and team responsibilities, payments are non-refundable.

5. Project Completion

Project completion depends on factors including:

  • Team participation
  • Individual contribution
  • Communication and collaboration
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Adherence to project requirements and deadlines

SXC does not guarantee that every project will be completed, launched, commercialized, or converted into a startup.

6. Project Outcomes and Guarantees

SXC participation does not guarantee:

  • Employment or a job
  • An internship
  • A salary or stipend
  • Revenue or financial returns
  • Startup formation
  • Commercial success
  • Placement opportunities

SXC is designed to provide practical project-building experience and opportunities to develop technical, collaborative, and professional skills.

7. Certificates

Participants may receive an SXC project certificate after meeting the applicable participation and completion requirements.

Certificate eligibility may depend on:

  • Participation
  • Assigned task completion
  • Contribution to the project
  • Team collaboration
  • Project deliverables
  • Compliance with SXC requirements

Registration alone does not automatically guarantee a certificate.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Participants may use artificial intelligence tools as development or productivity aids, subject to the requirements and guidelines of their assigned project.

Students remain responsible for understanding, reviewing, and contributing to the work they submit.

9. Project Ownership and Intellectual Property

For projects that develop into or are intended to become startups:

  • Project code and related intellectual property arenot automatically owned by participating students.
  • Students may participate in a developer or other assigned project role.
  • Participation does not automatically grant students ownership, equity, commercial rights, or intellectual-property rights in a project.
  • Ownership, usage rights, responsibilities, and other related arrangements may vary depending on the project.
  • Participants should contact SXC for further details and clarification before participating in a relevant project.

10. Student Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Respect other participants and team members.
  • Complete assigned responsibilities honestly and responsibly.
  • Avoid plagiarism, unauthorized copying, and misuse of third-party content.
  • Respect project confidentiality where applicable.
  • Follow project instructions and communication guidelines.
  • Avoid activities that may harm SXC, its members, partners, or other participants.

11. Changes to the Program

SXC may make reasonable changes to project assignments, timelines, workflows, communication methods, or program procedures when necessary.

Participants will be informed of significant changes through the official communication channels where applicable.

By submitting the registration form and proceeding with payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If a participant does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with registration or payment.
